Love getting my nails done at crystal nails went on Saturday morning lovely staff and good atmosphere. Definitely recommend x

Nice staff, seen quickly l, but not the best intro to gel nails.
One of the nails had too much polish & immediately, partially, peeled off.
The treatment advertised "free take off" which I thought meant removal. Perhaps those more acquainted with gels know this apparently means "with your next gel manicure" but as it wasn't explicit, I didn't.
I then had to pay £7 for the removal which is over the odds & they didn't even buff - I was left with horrible, rough, matte ridges.

Sent my partner to get a pedicure ahead of my holiday, he said it was alright. Came home to find she has cut the back of his heel and taken away the skin which has never happened before. He said he felt a stinging when his foot went back in to the spa. His shoe had blood everywhere on the inside so the technician must have seen but chose to not let him know. Not happy- some professionalism was needed here.
