Few imperfections along the edges of my nails which I didn’t notice at first until I got home. The actual time I spent in the salon was slightly unpleasant, the atmosphere was uncomfortable as it was either silent or the nail techs were chatting to each other in another language, showing each other photos on their mobiles, online shopping, or taking hands free calls all of these examples whilst doing my nails and another customers nails. I didn’t feel very welcome or appreciated as a customer

The nails were done well but the lady who did them was late and then the process took quite a bit longer than an hour and half. Also didn’t feel very Covid safe as nothing was being wiped down after each person and the nail techs were switching between clients without hand washing/hand sanitiser.

I had a pedicure by T and manicure by Mai, both were carried out professionally and politely. I chose a cherry red, a really lovely colour. I have been here several times and would recommend this salon.
