I have been to Crystallise salon a few times and I love it. The salon is very clean, bright and pleasant to sit and relax in. The music is non offensive, the salon and atmosphere is relaxing and very friendly.
The lady who cut and coloured my hair has done a lovely job. She really listens to what I would like and trims my hair as I ask.
I would really recommend this salon and although I am moving out from London now, I love the salon so much I plan to return once I have moved.

Finally, after over a year of lockdowns my hair got a proper treatment! Really nice atmosphere: I felt relaxed and could trust my hairstylist. I love my new haircut!

First time back in a salon for a year and first time at Crystalise and it was a great experience. The style director properly considered what I was asking for and offered some advice. I went with her advice and it was definitely the right decision. She cut my hair so well and I was really pleased with the results. She was really lovely and I’m definitely coming back.
