This was my third visit to Crystalise salon and I am really pleased. The lady who cut my hair is very friendly, calm and professional. The other lady who washed my hair was also really friendly. When I visit a salon the friendliness of the staff is so important as I like to feel comfortable and relaxed. The salon is kept really clean and tidy, the music is nice and relaxing (I hate it when I go to a salon and the music is loud and annoying!). I am really pleased with my haircut too!
