I was welcomed and offered a drink, and then my hair was washed and a relaxing head massage was included.
The stylist was very attentive and offered lots of advice on how to maintain my hair following the cut.

This was my first time visiting this salon and found the staff very friendly and the place was clean and tidy. I booked in for a balayage and brought in a few pictures of the colour i wanted as a point of reference. I asked for a neutral blonde balayage and the therapist explained it would be a further £30 for toner and i was happy to proceed. After my hair was finished it ended up being alot more ash toned than I had originally asked for, but it looked nice so I left pleased. When i got home and inspected my hair properly, i realised the tone of my hair was patchy. It was alot warmer at the back and underneath, so I ended up toning the back myself with purple shampoo. The balayage itself was looks even, but the colour of the toner was disappointing . I also realised when I got home that the charge for additional toner on the treatwell app shows £20 but they charged £30! They need to update the correct prices. I wish I'd read the small print before the appointment. All in all the experience was ok.

I felt very welcomed at the salon, both by the colourist and hairdresser. They were warm and happy to give her advice and opinion to make sure I was happy with my visit. I am really happy with both my colour and cut and will definitely be returning to the salon :)
