Average blow dry, you get what you pay for. Cheaper than most places so it was a decent blow dry for the price. Staff were all very polite and were happy to go over things (for instance once she did the blow dry my roots were still puffy so she straightened the root parts). Appointment was moved (which I was fine with, no inconvenience to me) but ended up waiting 15+ minutes when I got there as they were running behind. They did apologise and if they’re running behind what can they do - at least they acknowledged this. Felt like my hair could’ve been washed for longer, didn’t feel clean after the wash and one side hardly had shampoo put in / kept being missed. Could’ve mentioned that at the time as I know they would’ve washed it again but I wasn’t in the mood to point this out on the day. Felt rushed since it was all done in under 30 minutes. Lasted about a week like a normal blow dry.
