it feels kind of unfair that the toner is *highly* recommended yet not included in the original price. The -very nice- hairdresser said we would talk about products by the end of the treatment but another hairdresser took over and when I was done they were all very busy so I didn't really get the information I wanted

The staff were really friendly. They had given me great advise on what I should do and what will look good on me. My cousin came along to accompany me and ended up getting a treatment to because they were so good. I felt really pampered as I had two people working on my hair and took care of me throughout.

I had a my hair coloured and cut at Crystalise last month and absolutely LOVED it - and I'm really fussy about my hair! The stylist was so lovely and understood exactly what I wanted, and she did a fantastic job. All the staff were brilliant, going above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Plus it was exceptionally good value. I will definitely be back for my next haircut and could not recommend this salon enough.
