Soo happy how my hair came out.
Thank you so much for your hard work. It took a while but the girls working there they truly treated me with with chocolate and champagne and a lot of magazines.. can’t wait for my hair to grow again to come soon.
The girls at the salon were welcoming and warm, the style director was doing my hair so I felt in good hands as this was a new salon to me, she took on board exactly what I wanted, looked at pictures, heard my specifications and completely delivered. My balayage is beautifully blended, perfect level of lightness and tone. Prepare for a long appointment as I have dark blonde hair and it still took 4 hours (to be expected) so with dark hair probably even longer, and I was prepared from reading reviews, but the toner and olaplex treatment cost extra on top of the initial price from treatwell. Worth it if you aren’t a frequent flyer at a salon like me though. Overall a fantastic experience involving free prosecco and biscuits. Thanks Crystalise!

Very surprised that there was such a nice salon in Kilburn.
Cute place, staff were really nice and helpful and really listened to exactly what I wanted with my hair.
They used really nice products too.
I will be going back for another blow dry.

AMAZING experience! This was my first hair appointment since moving to London and I was so nervous about it. I love my hairdresser back home and she always achieves exactly what I want. I really wanted to go back to blonde after dying it brunette, and didn’t want it to look streaky or brassy. Corinna and Emira couldn’t have done a better job! I showed Corinna images of how I wanted it to look, and she advised me not to go quite so light, but would get it very close to that colour. I bought the balayage, wash, cut & blow-dry package off of Treatwell. I was expecting to have to pay extra to get my roots dyed but Corinna told me that wasn’t necessary - however, did advise me to pay to have a toner put through it which wasn’t included in the package. I thought £20 was amazing considering they put 3 different toners through - giving it amazing ashy tones rather than brassy tones. This will definitely be my go-to salon from now on!
