The ladies here were brilliant! My hair was dry and I had a large amount of stiff hair at the end of my hair. I got a large amount chipped off and my color looks fantastic. They really listened to what I wanted and offered some great advice. Definitely recommend.

I had a great haircut at Crystalise salon :) the staff were so friendly and gave me a free keratin treatment as it was my birthday. They took their time to listen to what I wanted and make sure everything was right. The head massage was amazing too! This is more than I would usually pay for a haircut but wanted to make sure I got it right, so it was a little pricey for me but I'm pleased with the outcome!

I went to Crystalise salon for the Olaplex treatment and it was absolutely amazing! I have never had Olaplex before and to be true it was the last treatment I wanted to try before cutting my hair short! Yulya (the master who worked with me) was very nice, professional and gave me the best head massage! Loved this place and definitely recommend it to everybody!

I was really happy with the experience. Sylvana did a great job. She was running a little late and so I was given a treatment while I waited. They were so apologetic and thoughtful (and I really didn't have to wait that long). Head massage was great.

I ended up at the West Hampstead branch due to a double booking, but the hair cut I had from Corinna was excellent. Just what I wanted.
