Brilliant! The lady there definitely made me feel welcomed and talked to me about what best suits me. Really really happy with the result! The colour is great plus the hair wash was super relaxing! Will definitely be back :)

I cannot express how amazing this salon is. I had my hair done at another salon and was so unhappy with how they not only done my hair but treated me.
I rung crystalise and they said I could come in that day.
From the get go, everyone was so welcoming and kind, they listened to me and what I wanted and helped me find what would work best.
They stayed beyond closing which I am so very grateful for and took the time to make sure I and my hair were ok.
The colour is so perfect, the cut and feel of my hair is amazing!

I had the best blow dry in all of my years here. My hair is *very* thick however my hairdresser was very patient and took the time to make my hair look it's best. Will definitely be back !
