I would highly recommend going to Crystalise for your eyebrow threading - service is quick and pain free. Always lovely to see the girls there.
Crystalise is always friendly and welcoming from the hot drink on arrival to the offer of a glass of bubbly at the end. The therapist was great; made me feel really comfortable and the wax was done painlessly.
Some time ago I had extension fitted with a girl who works for one of famous london salon. I used to do extension before and had no problem at all. But this time I know something was wrong. Probably hairs was to long and fitted badly. After few washes turned to nightmare. My natural hair use to come off. I'm finishing with bald patches. I look terrible.
I must cut my natural hairs.
I've been trying few salons but they don't want to touch it.
Then I found Crystalise Salon. Ilyana check my hairs and she take care of it. She offered me a drink and explain what's was wrong and what she can do for me.
She did a great job, managed to fit hair extension to my short natural hairs. Explain step by step what we can do I future and how to take care of my hairs.
She gave me back my confidence and great look.
