Had a radical hair change and the stylist did a great job in giving me what I asked for. I felt she knew I was nervous and didn't make endless efforts to chat like some do. That being said, a downside was that I felt she didnt fully explain what products were for as she used them, nor if I would mind if she did so. I didn't like the end style as she finished it off (not the haircut itself), as my hair was full of products i'll never use. But after a wash at home, I loved the cut.

Just had my third haircut at Crystalise and I'm delighted, as always. The salon is bright and airy, always very clean and tidy and really friendly. I'm always offered a drink and a chat before my hair is cut and Ermira always remembers me even if it's been a while. The service is very personal and Ermira gives me good advice on hair care and styling without any hard sell for salon products. I always come away feeling great and with my hair in super condition, cut just how I wanted. I will definitely go back, I can't recommend them highly enough :)

Second massage at Crystalise - Paula was very friendly and absolutely knows how to massage and made it enjoyable with a great ambiance and background music.
I had a lovely experience at this salon a free weeks ago. Really friendly staff and a great treatment (Hollywood wax).
The massage was amazing as always. Would definitely recommend seeing Paula if you want a massage eithe relaxing or muscular.
