Had a great experience here. The staff were friendly, very welcoming and able to accommodate an appointment at short notice. I'd return again.
The salon is spotless and the staff was incredibly friendly, didn't have to wait long at all for my appointment and was even offered a drink while waiting. The only negative comment I have is that although I told that this was my first time having eyelash extensions and asked a few questions, the staff member only told me (albeit very kindly) to relax and not to worry. As a result the extensions were massive (I asked for a natural look) and my own fine lashes couldn't hold the thick lashes the right way and they started drooping after a couple of days. Now being a bit wiser myself and after an appointment to another salon I would say that the staff member should have gone through the options with me to establish the desired result. However other than that I cannot fault the place!
Great atmosphere, I had my hair done by Cat, she is very passionate about hair styling and gave me a great haircut and Champagne to go with the chat with Cat....worth trying the place out.

The therapist was absolutely lovely and it was good value for money. All staff were really friendly and chatty and I was offered a glass of champagne. The only thing I would change in future would be the actual treatment I would book - as a mini facial does not really do much or have much effect on ones skin.
Each time I've been to this salon, I have been greeted by very friendly staff. They are always running on time and the service is fantastic.
