Great salon and great staff. The massage was fantastic and would highly recommend. In particular the massage room was ideal, dark and relaxing.
I went and saw Kat for a haircut and t-section of highlights on Saturday - it was great! One of the best cuts I've ever had and I'm really pleased with the colour too. The salon itself isn't in a particularly glamorous location, but it's very nice inside and the staff are sweet. This is a great value deal on Wahanda and I will probably be back!

Probably the best massave I've received. I changed from a Swedish to Deep Tissue and it was fantastic. I'll be booking in for another soon!!
This is a great salon for hair, as I had my done a few weeks ago and really liked it. The staff are friendly, and they offer you champagne!
I decided to get a pedicure for £27, and was a bit disappointed. It just didn't feel like a deluxe pedicure. The water used for my pedicure was really cold, and then whole experience felt a bit amateur compared to other places in West Hampstead. Great for hair, maybe not so much for spa services.
This is a really nice salon, and they did a great job on my hair. They were very dedicated and lovely, so I thought I would give their spa treatments a try.
My message was good, but the atmosphere is not a very relaxing one. The rooms are not sound proof, so you could hear everything that was happening in the salon upstairs and in the message room next to you. The music that was playing was not very peaceful, and the therapists phone kept buzzing throughout the entire message!
Overall, the experience was ok as the actual message was good. However if you are looking for a spa that is completely tranquil, I would go elsewhere.
