This salon is amazing! The staff are extremely friendly, accommodating, attentive and know what they're doing. The salon itself is clean, comfortable, relaxing and very nicely decorated. The treatments are superbly administered - I booked in for a body wrap and enjoyed it so much I tagged on a massage and a pedicure! GO HERE!
I've waited for couple of months before writing this review for few reasons. Firstly, I am usually happy with the immediate result and only after a while I discover that actually this is not what I wanted. Secondly, I wanted to see how my haircut will look when my hair is getting slightly longer.
I had a haircut and a full head highlights done.
SALON: great location, very clean, pleasant atmosphere, comfortable seats, nice music, Fortune Green little green park right on the doorstep, little outside seating space for guests who wish to wait outside on a sunny day.
STAFF: All staff comes across as super friendly and chatty (but not too much - they know their clients and will adjust:). I had a feeling they can't wait to help you and assist you with their advice. You may think you're going to have your hair done but in fact you get extras, like advice on the best treatment for your face or the best conditioner to keep that beautiful colour you've just had done. I felt like they knew what I wanted before I even opened my mouth (I am very fussy about my hair and find it hard to trust someone new). And yes, it's all true - they also act as your personal waitresses offering all sorts of beverages and making sure you have 1st class experience! Bonus points for offers of future discounts!
FINAL EFFECT: I was very pleased with my haircut and still am! I have never had that many compliments on my new haircut before. Ermira knew better this time - I give her that. I was trying to be stubborn and stick to what I knew. She suggested slight, gentle change and it worked! I am happy I've found this place. Few weeks after my haircut I decided to go back for full head highlights - again - no complaints! The colour came out better than I expected!

Really lovely salon. Nicely decorated with friendly, polite staff. The lady who did my eyelashes was really professional & discussed with me what kind of look I wanted to achieve. I had some damage to my eyelashes due to a bad experience at a different salon & she was honest with me that the lashes wouldn't look 100%. I was really impressed with what she achieved & with the whole relaxing experience. I will definitely be back!
Lovely salon, friendly staff. Service good, even offered me a glass of champagne! Only minor complaint that extensions a bit too long in one corner.
I booked for a last minute Brazilian hot wax in the morning for an evening appointment and it was very easy and there were no complications. Very friendly service and I liked the relaxed nature of the salon, would recommend. Plus they offered me a glass of bubbly which I thought was very good, despite the fact that I was driving so couldn't take them up on the offer.
