The therapist was running about 20 minutes late but still did a very good job. Friendly staff, nice realxing waiting area and i got offered a glass of champagne whilst i was waiting.
Fantastic experience at Crystalise over the weekend! The ladies in the salon are lovely and really went out of their way to make it as enjoyable as possible - even a glass of bubbles on arrival! They gave great advice and I love my new cut and colour. Highly recommended!

This was my first time going to this salon and I absolutely loved it. The staff were super friendly and very customer focused. When I arrived the salon was very busy which I knew in advance as they had called me to advise me that I may have to wait which I was happy to do. I was given a glass of champagne to sip on whilst I waited for Ermira to finish with her client which was a lovely touch. I had a wash, cut and blow-dry. As I am in the process of growing my hair for my wedding Ermira was very careful to only trim what was absolutely necessary to ensure I kept my length but also ensuring my hair is kept healthy. She advised me on products I can use on my highlighted hair but didn't push me to buy any of them which I have experienced at salons previously where they care more about after care sales than clients leaving happy and wanting to return. I left the salon feeling happy and relaxed. I can't wait to book my next appointment.

Excellent experience in a ver nice small salon with very friendly service, even offered me a champaign on a 10 quid service!
