Loved my whole experience at Crystalised. It was my first time getting my hair balayaged but I was reassured constantly it will come out just the way I wanted, natural, blended and not harsh which it did! They also treated me to Olaplex as I was not willing to pay extra which was really kind of them. I left the Salon very happy with my new hair.
