Thorough and relatively painless wax. Didn’t love the fact there was lots of knocking during my appointment to discuss whether they could fit another booking in - not the fault of the therapist! This salon is usually lovely and careful with things like that so I think this was a one off.
Love this place. Everyone is so friendly and really go out of their way to make you feel relaxed. My highlights , olaplex and cut / blow dry were all perfect :) they also give great advice for upkeep of the colour.
