This was, WITHOUT A DOUBT, the MOST DISASTROUS and TRAUMATIC hairdressing experience of my ENTIRE LIFE. This so-called “hairdresser” is nothing short of an absolute NIGHTMARE—INCOMPETENT, NEGLIGENT, and COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
I walked in with a simple request for balayage, and what I left with was UTTER DEVASTATION. My hair - 25-INCH-LONG HAIR—was COMPLETELY DESTROYED. She BURNT IT OFF WITH BLEACH. Yes, you read that right—BURNED IT OFF. I had to go elsewhere for a PIXIE CUT.
