I feel amazing after my stretch and align massage, thanks so much Lucie! The treatment was just what I needed to soothe and release my aching muscles. I get a lot of headaches related to shoulder tension and I've never felt so relaxed in my shoulder area after any other massage. Would definitely recommend for anyone who does a lot of intense fitness or repetitive body movements/positions (driving/at a keyboard, etc). Felt really comfortable and welcome through the whole appointment, thank you!
