I’m still trying to get a partial refund as I did not have the colour treatment. The salon told me to contact treatwell but treatwell told me to contact the salon. I’ve emailed the salon to ask what I should do but haven’t received a reply.
I wanted to cancel the colour treatment because I’m partially deaf and the hair stylist had issues communicating in English, and I did not feel comfortable in case of miscommunication. While the haircut was finished nicely, it was shorter than expected.
