They were running late but I’d only booked the night before so they may not have seen my early morning booking. Overall the treatment was good and I was happy with the results.

Love this place usually - the main hairdressers and colorists are very professional and friendly, but the assistant who applied my dye was unenthusiastic and left stains on my forehead until I asked her to remove them. It also took longer than I expected. I understand the salon was super busy, but some friendlier customer service would be nice.
