The worst waxing experience I’ve ever had... and I’ve been having waxing done for 20 years. Dirty, anal room, very painful- from bad technique by beautician, no professional knowledge, and opened door of treatment room whilst I was naked - which is a direct view to the street.... very bad - avoid!

Staff were nice - the haircut was basic and when the hairdressers finished my hair they abruptly went off to finish someone else’s colour without saying anything and didn’t do a check or give me a chance to make any adjustments, just got passed on to someone else for the blow dry.
