The salon was running about 15 minutes late for my appointment but the team were apologetic. The room was ok but very small and cold and needed a sweep. I didn’t realise it was a strip wax for a Brazilian wax which was very painful - hot wax is much better and efficient, Staff were friendly but also in a rush (it was a Saturday).

Had a wet cut with Luca. He was chatty and engaging, with great attention to detail. Only needed a trim, and got exactly what I wanted. Will definitely return to this hidden Stokey gem!

The staff here is friendly, and the atmosphere is very low-key. I chose to go here for a haircut while on holiday after reading other positive reviews. I had a good experience and I recommend Cut & Crafts Hair Salon to others!
