The best wash/cut/blowdry I've had in London so far. The stylist was great, took a lot of care to make sure I left with a cut I was happy with and everyone was very friendly. I've paid double the price in London for inferior cuts. Would definitely recommend.

Was really happy with my haircut in the end, but had mixed feelings about the overall experience. I was left sitting in my chair for 25 minutes at the start of my appointment with no apologies for the delay or acknowledgement from the staff after they brought me a drink. Throughout the appointment I noticed a number of other people in the same position. The man cutting my hair was really meticulous but I was a bit concerned that he didn't speak to me before I had my hair washed, so wasn't to know how it looked dry. He also didn't speak English and needed a translator which made things a bit difficult, but overall I was happy with the results.
