Lovely staff, good eyebrow thread. I did experience some peeling after the underarm wax- likely due to sensitive skin/not having had a wax in a while.

Really expert blow dry. Pulled a lot and blew hair directly on the root which is what my hair needs. It's hard to find blow dries like this lately.

Really recommend the keratin treatment which has left me with soft manageable hair; I don’t even need to blow dry after washing, and usually I have curly frizzy hair!! It is a life changer!! It did take 5h but I have never had it done so carefully, so I expect it will last longer. I also had the best hair cut & blow dry on Saturday; everyone is still commenting as to how great it looks, will be going back!!!
