The staff were so friendly. I wasn’t happy with my wax though and my hair cut was good but wasn’t very relaxing and I didn’t feel confident in my hairdresser. The staff were very nice though so it’s a shame.

Lovely friendly staff but venue was a bit grim, not a nice experience and roller wax was not heated enough and so hurt going on.
