My first appointment there went very well but quite desappointed with the second one. A member of staff was missing so it was quite desorganized and I had to wait for about 45mn, it would be ok if somebody just told me about the wait and apologize, but no one did. After my waxing was done the staff left the room and left the door wide open! which leads to the waiting room, I was half naked and had to close the door my self which was quite embarassing.

I really wanted to like this place as it was local but I found the wax quite uncomfortable. The room was too small to get my legs in the right position so that the skin was stretched and the therapist was pulling up rather than back. She also didn't press down after pulling off the strips which made it more painful than it needed to be and when I got home I noticed a chunk that hasn't been done in a harder to reach area. It is however good value and the therapist was pleasant, you get what you pay for I guess!
