Second time I come to the salon unfortunately I wasn’t taken care of by the same person. I ended up having a total different experience compare to the first time. No communication. She jumped on my hair without saying hello or introducing herself. Talking another language with her colleague. The blow dry wasn’t done properly. The cut was okay

The hairdresser was a lovely person listening to my concerns and what I wanted. He was able to work on my mixes hair with no hesitation or no problem (not like the other Caucasian salon).
The treatment himself was Olaplex and I recommend it to anyone with damaged, dull, tired hair

The staff were so friendly. I wasn’t happy with my wax though and my hair cut was good but wasn’t very relaxing and I didn’t feel confident in my hairdresser. The staff were very nice though so it’s a shame.
