This was my second time in the salon and I was not disappointed, their service is great, they ensure you're well looked after, from tea and biscuits to dedicating proper time to listen to what you want and give you amazing hair, I fully recommend them! Will definitely keep coming back.

I've been getting a blow dry once a week for most of my adult life & this was the most painful! He pulled at my scalp horribly and burnt my scalp multiple times - at one point my hair definitely smelt like it was burning and I've just left and it stinks! He also started off the appt by stroking my eyebrows (I'd just put make up on) and telling me to get my eyebrows done with him instead...very weird. Won't return.

Even if i have to say the staff was really nice and friendly i had a really bad experience.
The lady doing it was visibly unexperienced and clearly not a therapist. She did not know how to apply the wax (quantity to be applied and direction) in which direction to pull the wax strip and she used maybe 10 time the same strip even if it was visibly covered in wax making the skin become completely red and uncomfortable.
Some hair were left after the wax and my skin was bruised as well. This never happened to me before in other saloons and i just hope this review can prevent the same situation for other girls.

Was really pleasantly surprised by my whole experience here.
Situated close to my home this was a last minute booking because the price was right.
The staff were friendly and nice.
The Turkish coffee was a lovely touch and Birge did an excellent job on my hair.
I only had minimal ideas about what I wanted but she ran with it and it now looks great.
Will definitely be going back and would recommend to a friend.
