Bilge is absolutely phenomenal! She truly listened to what I wanted and delivered a perfect haircut that not only looks amazing but also suits my face shape perfectly. The attention to detail is incredible, and I always leave feeling confident and refreshed - I can't recommend them enough!

Miscommunication led to being charged for blow dry I told hairdresser I hadn't ordered. Charged 30 extra quid, when I questioned this, the manager was so rude. I was a loyal customer, I won't be back. The haircut though nice is opposite of my request
