I’ve been to this salon a few times before and is usually great . However I went this time and my haircut wasn’t what I asked for and when I asked for the blowout they then proceeded to charge me an extra £34 after I had already paid for a wash and cut. This is more than just a wash and blowout on the website and meant it all came to £79 which is ridiculous. Very dissapointed that the salon took advantage of a customer for extra cash.
