Only after I booked and paid, they told me a patch test is required and asked me to reschedule with a week. When I went, they told me they double booked and asked me to wait for 30 minutes before telling me they won’t have time to do me, and rescheduled with another week. I wanted a balayage and instead I look like a skunk at the front and it’s a total mush of grey and dark everywhere else. If you don’t want to look like an old lady, don’t go!

I enjoyed my visit to Cut & Glow as I always do. Lauren did a great job cutting my hair and I was very happy with the whole experience. I have been a client for quite a while now and am always satisfied with the service I receive.

I had my full body wax with a part time beautician (I think Mahi) and she made it an amazing painless experience. She was very considerate and made me feel very comfortable. She was also great at her job and we were finished in under an hour!
