Nilofer is very lovely. listened to me and what I wanted. Just some slight long uncut sections in my hair I needed to tidy up once home but a blunt cut is hard to get perfect. otherwise was great. lovely head massage while she was washing my hair too

Had a lovely waxing treatment with Radhika. She was very attentive, checked that the temperature of the wax was ok and kept the pain to a minimum. Very friendly and chatty as well. Will be going back again.

Salon is lovely, really nice relaxed atmosphere. Beauty girls seemed really nice.
But my haircut was awful, I cried.
I explained what I wanted and showed a picture. The end result was awful. Looked as if the back had been hacked, two different lengths. It had right angles. The back was layered when I didn’t ask for layers. She started cutting my hair with clippers. Above shoulder length hair.
The hairdresser kept blaming my hair for the result. She couldn’t see wrong which is dangerous.
