Contacted 30 min before appointment to ask if I could come 1 hour later. Said this wouldn't work for me with such short notice. Staff explained due to social distancing measures they were behind schedule. I was offered another stylist to do my blow dry, this was fine by me. After the wash no products were used and my hair was not dried properly. Another stylist intervened however it was too late to dry it with tension/volume. The end result was GHD curls but damp roots/frizz on top. A shame.

Best haircut I have had in a really long time, I absolutely love it. I just moved to the area and will definitely be back. Lauren was professional and knew exactly how to handle my hair. I felt really comfortable as the salon was very vigilant with Covid precautions. Thank you!
