I kept specifying that I did not want my hair shorter than my chin and the stylist kept assuring that it wouldn’t be. Low and behold, my hair is shorter than my chin. Very upset. Also, they don’t offer a package with a blow dry so watch out as they catch you on that cost when you come to paying in the salon.
