Not happy that my appointment was changed from 10 to 11. Timing was OK but I was changed from Shen to another stylist and that was not mentioned. I have been coming to Shen for a while now and do not want to change. On the day the stylists did a swap and Shen did my hair.

Manisha was really lovely and efficient with the gel manicure. She even suggested a great accent nail to complement the colour I'd chosen. Great service as usual and will be again in the new year :)
