Brice was a wonderful hairdresser upon my first cut at the store on Drury Lane (and first haircut in London) he was welcoming and very considerate about how I wanted my hair to look and feel whilst offering practical advice on anything that I could do to improve what I want/to suit me. The store itself is lovely, they make a good espresso and there’s a lot of room for just kicking back so it’s a nice place to go with a friend if you both need a cut/shave... I’ll definitely become a regular herein!
Beer on arrival, nice place to chill with wifi/TV/games console and magazines. Wait time was 5 minutes - had a great cut from Lilly B who listened to requests and gave me some great recommendations that ended with a great cut.
I been going to Cut & Grind Covent garden since the fitst week that you open once a month. I always been happy to back, the service is awesome. Every single time that i go, i always do the same, but every single time, i been charge different pices. Today was the same history, but i will been charge 60£ when i book the treatment of 44£. That i never paid before at this venue. I never said anything, and i never complain, but i will never back, because i never know how much i will be charge.
