I was looking forward to coming here as I'd had a nice haircut before but I asked for balayage and got ginger hair from root to tip. Absolutely nothing like the picture asked for (brunette with lighter strands towards the ends) and took 5 hours after having the roots fixed slightly. My hair looks awful and I will have to book another appointment elsewhere. Severely disappointed.
