I asked for waxing and received threading after explaining reasons as to why I wanted waxing. Also eyelash glue was getting stuck in my eye and on multiple occasions kept telling the woman to stop so I could wipe my eye. Eyelashes felt heavy and even doing the care they told me to do they were falling off after 24 hours!! Not worth the money or the time wasted

They refused to treat my partner ok account of the fact that they are male. When we asked why they refused to say and repeated that they wouldn't treat s man despite booking the appointment in his name. My experience with them was also terrible as the wax was not ready for me when I arrived and it looked dirty in the small and loud space. I ended up getting my brows threaded instead because I didn't want the old wax on my face. I do not recommend this place to anyone who believes gender is insignificant in this or any context.

Very unclean, had to wait well beyond my appointment time. Then when nails were done, nails on each hand were a different colour. They then had to be redone. Definitely will not be back.
