I don't like leaving bad reviews, but the room was bare and freezing, the therapist kept pressing with her elbow over my spine and slapping my back frequently (which tells me she is a complete beginner), The Spotify App kept playing ads in between the same "relaxing" song over and over. Used a Steam machine on my back for 10min (while therapist left the room) which could have been massage time instead. The therapist kept getting messages on her phone so stopped massaging to check her messages.

I still have bits of the base layer from my Shellac (which was put on elsewhere) on my nails so not a great experience tbh.
