Friendly and professional salon. It was my first time there and I was very pleased with the service and the result. I had balayage and cut and blow dry. Would recommend.

I got Argon oil treatment, but my hair became really dry after wash and blow dry. I was happy with Staff but I was really dissappointed with actual oil treatment. I have dry and frizzy hair, I was hoping that after the treatment it gets better, but it became worse. Not sure if the oil was not suitable to my Hair type?

After my bad review from Friday, I have to say that the manager from Cuts and Colours have contacted me to apologise and offer me to come back and have again the wash and hair cut that I could not have. He will provide more training and guidance to the staff to make sure that they know how to handle future issues. I am therefore glad that this venue takes customers' reviews seriously and are working hard to improve their service. Remarkable attitude, well done Cuts and Colours.
