I liked that Abby checked all details with me like discussing the risks of choosing bright colours for my root, etc and her flexibility to adjust to meet my needs for example I wanted to have my hair cur shorter than her initial suggestion and she was doing so with caution, which was only to take care of me.
I appreciate the cleanliness in the place and the effort she puts for a good result.
