Abby was lovely, she accomodated me last minute as i had an allergic reaction to lash extensions that i had elsewhere, and i needed a removal. Abby was thorough and gentle at the same time, my lashes needed extra time to be removed as they were a full set with strong glue and not a set that was weeks old which is what usually is removed. Abby didnt charge extra for this, she kept checking in on me and even gave me a blanket as i was a little chilly. Abby is a kind and professional lady.
