went for a blow dry, my shampoo wasn't rinsed out properly which has left my hair all sticky and greasy. Also the hair brushes were not cleaned properly after previous customers and had hair in them... did not enjoy the experience at all. The staff was lovely and polite though, but professionalism and level of service could be improved.

Very rushed experience, tools did not look like they were cleaned appropriately. Uneven haircut, had to ask them to correct multiple times
