Roberto was quite aggressive with my hair and it was not a nice experience. When he was brushing my hair he kept yanking if there was a knot and when drying my hair kept burning my head, multiple times. You’d assume after the first time you burn someone you’d try to avoid it but I guess not. Also, when I asked for my hair to be thinned out he ended up giving me layers which I didn’t ask for. I would try to avoid this place if you want anything other than just a trim.
Roberto knew exactly what my hair needed. He is a great colourist. I can’t wait to go back!
Nadjiba was amazing and I couldn’t be happier with my hair! She managed to put in beautiful, subtle, blonde highlights with a perfect cut and bouncy blow dry. I’ve always struggled to find a London based hairdresser, but after a last minute blow dry by Nadjiba last month, I felt confident to go back for my colour - and I’m so glad I did!
