They ruined my day. I booked two blow dry online for Monday at 10am as me and my friend had to attend my Graduation Ceremony. I arrived there at 9.45 and the shop was closed, nobody was there, even if there was written that the opening time was 9am -> 7pm. I waited until 10.45 but nobody showed up and then I had to rush to find another hairdresser in the area almost risking to be late for the ceremony. The funniest thing is that when you book online there's written not to cancel the appointment as it is not good for the shop nor for your Karma..well I think the shop Karma, after what they have done it's seriously compromised. They are unprofessional, that's it.
