The hairdresser already wet my hair before telling me there would be an additional £10 I had to pay on top of the treat well booking-- they also only accepted cash which I didn't have at the time so I had to go to the nearest cash machine to withdraw. Overall a bad experience.

I felt so cared for, Jasmine is effortlessly talented and on top of that made me a cup of tea after a long journey. Truly magical atmosphere, and my hair looks and feels amazing!!

WTF?!?! I asked for a very basic and simple haircut, just to get rid of the dead ends, I now have two different hair lengths. Some areas were left at another different level? Worst haircut I have ever had, I DO NOT RECOMMEND
