The lady who took the appointment( the owner) confirmed to me they use loreal majirel and that they have the colours I asked for on the phone
When I come to my appointment the guy I'm assigned to was busy with a client so had to wait 15 minutes and when he came to mix the colours, I just asked to confirm about the product I asked for loreal majirel but they were out of my product !!!! And asked to talk to the owner her excuse was that they had it when I called to make an appointment ! So is that any of my problem Not
I took 30 min off work to come to them (my third time) but was so disappointed with the fact they either lied to gain a client or didn't care to gain a regular client or in matter of fact make sure the client is satisfied and gets what they asked for when phoned to make they appointment
I gave three stars just because the guy who did my hair tried his best to give me a good experience and to forget the BIG MISTAKE they've done
The ambience of the rooms was really nice, staff were friendly and very quick
Left the salon with silky smooth hair. Treatment was excellent. Staff were helpful.
