Fantastic blow dry. The lady knew exactly what i wanted. My hair looked fantastic and it really lasted! i would recommend.

I booked a Ladies Trim & blow dry for very long hair, as I do have hair going below my waist. The whole experience was good and Paulo, the stylist, was very friendly and did a good job. My only complaint is that I had to pay almost £10 more (than for short hair), yet Paulo only spent 45 min in total doing my hair. This is the time allocated for short hair. The time allocated for very long hair (as per my booking) should have been 1hr 10min, presumably to justify the extra charge, yet this was totally unnecessary and I was simply made to pay more because I had long hair, and not because it was any more difficult or time consuming to do my hair.

Really lovely staff. Blowdry was great, and my hairdresser was really understanding about the fact that I only had a 1 hour lunch break for to get my hair done, and worked quickly to get it perfected in time, even though I have really long, thick hair - he even called his manager to grab a brush and help for the last ten minutes or so to make sure we finished on time. Now that's what I call going the extra mile for the customer, I will definitely go again. The blowdry also lasted several days longer than usual because they took the time to do the final part of the styling with straightening irons.

Made a last-minute booking to correct a colour nightmare made by Headmasters. This is small, clean, modern salon; staff were friendly and knew exactly what I was after. They didn't waste time, but did a great, thorough job and I left much happier than any other session at Headmasters! Would recommend - esp if you're after natural-looking colour.
